The following TERMS OF SERVICE are for all Sugar Sweet Designs' clients. These terms are subject to change without warning and should be read prior to each order you place with us. Payment to Sugar Sweet Designs solidifies your acceptance of these terms.

Sugar Sweet Designs cannot be held responsible for anything you feel you did not know by not reading said terms. If you have any questions and/or comments about our TERMS OF SERVICE please contact us directly. Thank you.

Sugar Sweet Designs reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate services at our discretion.

By ordering services through Sugar Sweet Designs, you are agreeing to the following:

Payment: Payment is due prior to the start of design work. However, special payment arrangments can be made if necessary.

Pricing: Pricing is subject to change at any time. In this industry, each project involves a different amount of work and time. For websites or designs with several images that may require touching up or altering, a higher price should be expected. I will never give you a finished product that is a higher price than we agreed upon.

Refunds: Sugar Sweet Designs does not provide returnable services. Once payment is received, it will not be returned. However, if you are unhappy with the service I provide for you, we will work together to resolve the issue.

Image Liability: Sugar Sweet Designs is not responsible for images placed on your new design. If you provide us with images, you are responsible for providing sources and giving proper credit.

Credit: All images and other products designed by Sugar Sweet Designs can not be replicated or used as your own without written approval from Sugar Sweet Designs.
